Rebecca´s Walk
The path is believed to be named after the wife of the brickworker Hermann Davidsen from Jørgensgård. The path belonged to the family, and she walked it so often that the name gradually emerged.
Some associate the name with the biblical Rebecca, who gave water to Abraham’s servant and his camels, which was seen as a sign from God that she should become Isaac’s wife.
